Actual costs may vary due to changes in material pricing, unforeseen site conditions, or Client-requested modifications.
Custom cabinet orders require a non-refundable deposit prior to commencement of fabrication, as specified in the project agreement. Due to the custom nature of our products, orders cannot be cancelled once fabrication has begun. The balance of payment is due upon delivery or installation as agreed in writing.
Any changes to the agreed scope of work must be approved in writing by both parties through a change order. Additional work performed without a written change order may still be billed to the Client at the Company’s standard rates. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by Client-requested changes.
McRae Cabinet and Design warrants that all custom cabinetry will be fabricated and installed in a workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of installation. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from Client misuse, improper cleaning, Acts of God, or third-party modifications. All manufacturer warranties on hardware and materials pass directly to the Client.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC PROJECT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless McRae Cabinet and Design, its owners, employees, agents, and contractors from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your use of our services.
